Professional Bio:

Living an active lifestyle has always been a big part of my life. Growing up, hard work was the norm for me. At an early age, I fell in love with the "World's Favorite Sport," soccer, and I played the game for over ten years.

During my high school soccer career, I suffered multiple concussions, which lead to end my career. Although I no longer play soccer, I still have the drive to workout, train and live a healthy lifestyle.

I now train for the sport of LIFE. My dedication and passion for fitness have lead me to help others reach their fitness goals.

I have a strong passion for functional movement training, including balance, coordination, and agility. My journey began as a client at Outlaw and have since gone through an Outlaw internship, now 7 years later I am the Head Performance Coach getting to do what I love everyday. I have had the pleasure to work with all Levesl from the everyday Client to High School, College and Pro Athlete.

Professional Bio:

My fitness journey began at 15 years of age. Growing up with epilepsy prevented me from participating in many sports. Once I stepped foot into the gym for the first time, that quickly became my sport and outlet that I so desperately needed.

Since then, my passion for fitness has not only grown, but evolved. My path has led me to deeper understanding my purpose within this industry. My training style includes functional strength training, metabolic conditioning and mobility.

Outside of the gym I have found joy and fulfillment in pushing myself past my perceived limits in nature. Some highlights include; marathon trail runs, hiking 14,000 ft. Mountains, hiking the Grand Canyon in one day, class V whitewater rafting, skydiving, downhill mountain bike speed runs and numerous OCRs.

From my 15 years of experience as a fitness coach, I’ve used that same training approach for my clients to enhance their joy and fulfillment in the things that they love to do.  My ultimate goal is to help my clients feel their absolute best in their body and mind.
