Fitness has always been a big part of my life. From an early age, I was always active in sports; playing soccer, basketball, softball, and lacrosse. In high school, I earned All-State honors in soccer, and continued to play in college and then on various outdoor adult leagues. I currently play indoor soccer and plan to keep playing for many years to come. My new passions have been to compete in mud runs, and triathlons. I love a new challenge!

As a busy mom of 3 very active kids, I make sure that exercise fits into our busy schedule. I coach two of my kid’s soccer teams and am very involved in the community. My family is always my biggest priority. So why do I make fitness a priority? Because being fit allows me to take better care of my family. You can’t take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself first!

Starting out as a client of Geoffrey Wade (owner of Outlaw) eventually lead to being a part of the opening of Outlaw Training and Fitness. I continue to further my fitness education by attending conferences, workshops, and certifications to provide the best for my clients. Currently, an ISSA certified personal trainer, Certified Training for Warriors Coach, Shakeology/ Beachbody Coach, Assistant Head Trainer at Cooper Hospital Bariatrics department and Member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association. I have a passion for helping people, and I want to help you achieve your goals!  Now is the time for you!
