Whether it is physical or mental, my focus over the past decade has been on setting goals and pushing past my current limits. My fitness journey started when I was convinced to try out for freshman football, and I have been hooked ever since. In addition to football, I also earned letters in swimming, track and ice hockey. After high school I played Division III football at Muhlenberg College -winning three divisional championships, making multiple NCAA playoff appearances, and earning a spot in the college’s athletic Hall of Fame.

Since graduating, I turned my attention to boxing. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to train with many great boxers – sparring with professional champions, as well as golden glove winners & national champions. I still compete as an amateur on occasion, but my main focus is racing in triathlons and obstacle courses.

As a trainer, my focus is on Olympic lifting, strength development, and athletic conditioning. I have extensive training and experience in nutrition, supplementation, weight management, and am certified as a USA Boxing coach. I also specialize in youth instruction, helping to build self-confidence, mental fortitude, and the scholar-athlete mentality. I have a BS in Neuroscience, am completing my MS in Health Sciences. My everyday schedule consists of working as a clinical scientist in pharmaceutical research and changing lives daily.
